Are they still fragile when they're cooled down, even without any kind of flour in them? If they solidify so that you can eat them like regular cookies, they'd be great. My husband is gluten-free and I am having such a hard time. He's craving dessert and I don't know what to give him. He's cutting out most dairy, too. Can you help me with ideas? ReplyDeleteSorry, I just now saw your comment. They are less fragile when cooled; however, they are not as "stable" as a regular pb cookie.
